How do I add another child?
Tap the people icon at the top-left of a child's home screen,
pass the grown-up gate, then Add a kid. Each child gets
their own level, progress and stars.
My child is in the wrong level.
Grown-Ups Area → My Kids → the pencil icon beside
their name. Changing the level changes every lesson and game
they see; nothing they've earned is lost.
Can I turn the games off?
Yes. Grown-Ups Area → My Kids → the child →
Games switch. Lessons and challenges stay available.
How do I mute it?
The speaker button on the child's home screen mutes music and
game sounds. Grown-Ups Area has a separate background-music
switch. Ruhkhan has no spoken narration.
How do I print the practice worksheets?
Grown-Ups Area → My Kids → the child →
Printable practice. Every sheet is generated fresh, so
the same subject never prints the same page twice.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset
link goes to your account email.
How do I delete my account and our data?
Grown-Ups Area → Privacy & Data →
Delete account. This erases the parent account, every
child profile and all progress, permanently. A removed child can
be restored for 30 days before it becomes permanent.
